Should I even file a claim for damage this small?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It comes down to your deductible, the actual repair cost, and your policy. The honest answer is that nobody — including us — can tell you until there's a real number on paper. Bring it in, get the free estimate, and the decision usually makes itself. We'll write it either way.
Will filing a claim raise my rates?
That's between you and your insurer, and it depends on your policy, your claims history, and who was at fault. We're a body shop, not your agent, so we won't pretend to know. What we can do is get you the repair cost first, so you're deciding with real information instead of guessing.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?
No. In Texas you choose your own repair shop. Your insurer can suggest one from their network, but the choice is yours and your coverage doesn't change because you picked somewhere else.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the extent of the damage and on parts availability, which is the part nobody controls. We'd rather give you a realistic timeline with your estimate than a number that sounds good and then slips twice.
